You will need the following information when accessing the online bill pay.
1. Account number- including dashes
2. Billing zip code (if renting, the zip code for the owner)
3. Name on account (as seen on pay stub)
Home owners may use the Log in side or the Guest sign in. if you own multiple properties, you can register them all at the same time in the Log in side(Green Side).
If you go to log in for the first time after buying a house, but cannot log in, you need to call
844-324-5371 for Website Support to reset the account.
Tenants may use the Guest sign in only.
You may not see the charges on your card for 1-4 days.
There is a 3% platform fee for credit/debit cards
1. You may pay at our building (219 E Colliery Ave) either inside during operating hours or in the mailbox, that has a slit in it for payments.
2. You can pay at Mid Penn Bank in town. (Please have blue stub)
3. You can mail a check. Make the check out to "Tower City Borough Authority".
4. You can pay online using the Pay Now button below. If you call me, I use the same website.
5. Some people set up their bank accounts to send checks as well.
